How Can I install Windows 7 to a netbook with no DVD drive?

any clues ?

hi,

you can download OS then install with help of USB drive of more than 4GB space. n offcourse downloading require a super fast inter net . if command lines are easy for you, you can use diskpart utility. windows 7 DVD download tool is recommended. tool creates bootable DVD just as you bought cd from store. but if you dont have external disc driver for your notebook, nothing will help.
